Jory Flanery
AAMS®, ChFEBCSM
Wealth Advisor
Growing up in Britton, South Dakota, I learned early that hard work and thinking ahead matter. At age 12, I started a small lawn care business and found out there’s real satisfaction in earning your own money and making it work for you. I started investing my earnings as a teenager and watched what started as ‘summer job money’ actually grow.
Sitting in on meetings my parents had with their financial advisor only added to it. I was fascinated by the logic. You understand someone’s goals, you build the right strategy around them, and what seemed out of reach starts to become reachable.
When I began working with Cornerstone during an internship, it was the first place I experienced a culture where teammates cared about each other while staying fully committed to their clients. That combination of teamwork, servant leadership, and real investment in people shaped the kind of advisor I wanted to become.
