Both events in Sioux Falls and Huron are exclusively for Cornerstone clients who are Veterans and a companion (spouse, significant other, friend). Everyone is invited to send a photo of a Veteran you’d like to honor. Photos will be included in a slideshow at the event, and may be used to promote the event. Everyone is invited to watch the program online.

You are also encouraged to invite fellow Veterans. Veterans you invite are welcome to bring a spouse or significant other.

Lunch Buffet and Program

Guest Speaker: Major General Timothy Reisch (Ret.)

A native of Howard, South Dakota, Major General Reisch dedicated over 40 years to military service, culminating with eight years as the Adjutant General of the South Dakota National Guard. Serving at the cabinet level under three Governors—Rounds, Daugaard, and Noem—he led more than 4,200 National Guard Soldiers and Airmen and over 1,000 state and federal employees in readiness for emergencies at home and abroad.

Under his leadership, South Dakota Guard units earned more than 150 national awards for excellence in readiness, safety, maintenance, and leadership.

“My favorite part of being in the Guard is the people,” says Reisch. “Throughout your whole career you’re blessed to serve alongside great people, and you look forward to every opportunity to connect with them.”      

Guest Speaker: Lieutenant Colonel Collin Enstad

Currently serving with the South Dakota National Guard, Colonel Enstad brings a modern perspective on service, leadership, and resilience—connecting today’s generation of Soldiers with the proud legacy of those who served before them.
